Medical Office Building Fit Out

When a grocery store adjacent to Strong Memorial Hospital decided to close its doors, the University of Rochester asked the Dwyer design team to study the space as the Hospital desired to bring three distinct dermatology practices together in one convenient location. Several iterations of programming and conceptual design followed, the result being an 18,000 sf build out to create a state of the art facility for University of Rochester Dermatology.

Meetings were held with all stakeholders to be sure all requirements of the clients’ vision and program were met. Given the high bay ceilings, acoustics were closely considered in the selection of finishes and ceiling systems and close coordination with the furniture vendor ensured Dermatology a cohesive interior design.
